Transitioning back to work after maternity leave is hard. When you first begin maternity leave, it may feel like you'll have a nearly endless amount of time away from the office. But all too quickly those weeks or months of leave come to an end. Then comes the transition back to the workplace, which can often be a challenge.

 Just as those first days with your new baby may have been a challenge, the early days back at the office may also be tough. You may find yourself full of emotions – and that's OK! Try to think about ways to ease this transition for yourself.You may, for instance, want to schedule a daily check-in – either a call, text, or video chat – with your child's caretaker. Or maybe it's a matter of packing a photo for the office.

3. Prepare your support system for you and your baby: 
select who take care of your baby during your absence ( nanny, relative, daycare etc.) 
Select them and appointed them at least one week before you start job. So you and your baby will be familiar with them 
4.prepare your baby :
no close contact with your baby for several hours.
express breast milk and tell your support system to feed the milk, you are not involve directly just guide them from behind 
if you want to start formula , try it at morning and no breast feeding at that time so baby will be familiar with its new food. carefully observe baby likes or dislikes its new food. if needed change the formula. but you have to ensure the feeding of your baby .  
5.Prepare easy and smooth  environment for your baby:  
store enough food , toys, baby care product and arranged them wisely so caregiver of your baby can easily gets the necessary staff 
you have to store enough staff for the caregiver of your baby ( cleaning products, food, clothes, medicine, important phone number, important instructions for caregiver of baby)
 for emergency,always keep a second support system for your baby 
6.prepare your family 
dont shy to seek help from family member and also from neighbor 
create a smooth and easy environment so family runs smoothly 
wisely distribute the responsibilities among family members 
wisely prepare menu for a week 
Always choose healthy , simple recipe which need less stuff, less time to prepare 
cook in bulk and freeze . 
buy frozen prepare food and store and use them during emergency . when there is no time to prepare food 
7. Prepare yourself for your job 
schedule your day and week before start week 
select your dress for a week 
choose comfortable , easy washable dress 
it is wise to avoid all matching items with dresses 
use one bag contain simple makeup items , 
use  2-3 shoes 
use simple ornament 
create time and environment to express breast milk in home and office 
8.prepare yourself for office environment 
schedule your responsibilities : always work as per priority 
make regular communication with your job 
seek help from colleagues 
dont shy or hesitate to say no : your success is not depend on your yes it is depend on say no .So wisely say no . it is the high time to say no

Exercises to strengthen weak eye muscles will improve your eyes' muscle tone while also increasing blood circulation to your eyes.
Eye care:
1.   Wake up before sun rise
2.   Look at the green plants whenever possible
3.   Wash your eye with pure cold water two times daily

§  Exposure to Ultra-Violet Rays

Prolong  exposure to harmful UV rays of the sun puts us at risk for major eye diseases like cataracts, and abnormal growths.
 Prevention: avoid prolong and daily sun exposure .  Wearing UV-protective sunglasses when you are outside will protect your eyes from damage and ensure that your eyesight will not go weak.

§  Beware to use old Contact Lenses

Infections and diseases can often arise when we use old contact lenses.

The Blinking Exercise
 When working with digitized media and poorer attention spans, blinking becomes a lost practice. Blinking is an exercise good for tired, itchy and dry eyes. Blink your eyes rapidly for about 5 seconds. You will feel immediate relief from the symptoms.
The Roll your Eyes Exercise
You are required to be seated comfortably. It is a 2 minutes exercise. Firstly roll your eyes in a clockwise direction while keeping your eyes open and then anti-clockwise. Do it slowly, trying to stretch the eyes as far as they can go. This exercise will make your eyes feel relaxed. Do this exercise for about 2-3 minutes and you would be able to focus much better.
The Hot and Cold Compresses
Take a bowl of cold water and hot water. Dip one end of towel or washcloth in each bowl. Then put hot compress first over your eyebrows and eyes respectively. Savor the warmth for at least 5 seconds and then move on to cold compress and let it there for 5 seconds. Do this routine for at least 5 times.
The Focus Shifting Exercise

This is another very simple exercise which can help in strengthening the weakened eye muscles. To start, focus on a nearby object for about 5 seconds. Then move on to distant objects and focus on it for another 5 seconds. This sporadic shifting gives strength to the eye muscles and refreshes them too. Initially, you might find shifting focus with your eyes quite difficult as your eyes have become Lazy. As you continue doing this day after day, you will find it much easier to do. Focusing on one object strengthens eye muscles and it improves concentration power. This is one of the natural ways of improving the strength of your eye muscles if you remember to change focus and move your eyes to encourage relaxation.
